Frame bearing, used with mounting frame 320208686

Bolt attachment frame bearings for TT models that are assembled longitudinally on the truck. Frame bearings are bolted to the cross memebers that are welded on the desired height in the subframe.

Bearing beam for JTD, DF series cylinders. Max load 25ton / beam. Steel casting. Includes bronze bearing. Mounted between frame crossmembers. Length 386mm. Bearing ID 65mm.

Frame beam pair for RT, RTF models 115-152 (32ton). The length of the frame beam is 355mm.

Frame beam pair for RT models 172, 192 (32ton). The length of the frame beam is 435mm.

Frame beam pair for RT model 219 (32ton). The length of the frame beam is 484mm.

Frame beam pair for RT, RTF models 50ton. The length of the frame beam is 355mm.

The welded frame bearings are used when the cradle is to be mounted longitudinally on the truck. Frame bearings are welded to the subframe cross members. Allways use these bearings when SUT limiter package is used. The bearings define the mounting height of the cylinder. Also TT models can be assembled with welded frame bearings.

Frame beams for TT 3-way tipping cylinder mounting. These bearings are mounted on frame cross member z-beams. As a result the cylinder cradle sits crosswise in the truck subframe. Max load 32ton / 2 frame beams. Bronze bearings included. Right side.

Mounting frame for RT, RTF models 115, 132, 152, 172 (32ton). The mounting frame consists of two z-beams together with frame beams for left and right side. The z-beams are 1000mm long and they can be shortened to fit the truck/trailer frame width. This mounting frame is not meant to be used with RT66 172-219 models. For these longer RT cylinders for the trailers we suggest to mount the cylinder using the frame beam pair 320308069 or 320308070 that are mounted directly on the cross members in the trailer frame.

Mounting frame JTC cylinders, without frame bearings

Frame for RT, RTF 50 ton models. The mounting frame consists of two z-beams together with frame beams for left and right side. The z-beams are 1000mm long and they can be shortened to fit the truck/trailer frame width.

Complete frame for TT 3-way tipping cylinder mounting. These bearings are mounted on frame cross member z-beams. As a result the cylinder cradle sits crosswise in the truck subframe. Included in the frame: z-beams, frame beams 32ton right+left, mounting kit. For max 32ton TT cylinders.

Frame for RTW, RTFW 50 ton models. The mounting frame consists of two z-beams together with frame beams for left and right side. The z-beams are 1000mm long and they can be shortened to fit the truck/trailer frame width.
